2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the State of Texas (excluding the 14 designated coastal/storm-exposed counties as required by underwriting) to request a Texas Protection Review™ or insurance quote from us.
3. TCPA Consent — Important
By submitting your information and checking the consent box on the application form, you expressly agree and consent to the following:
- Casillas Coverage, Guerrilla Coverage LLC, Allstate, and their licensed agents and service providers may contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address you provided.
- Such contact may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, SMS or MMS text messages, and email.
- Your consent applies even if the telephone number you provided is registered on any federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, asking to be removed during a call, or emailing optout@casillascoverage.com.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rate
Submitting an application or speaking with a licensed agent does not guarantee that any insurance policy will be issued, or that any specific rate, discount, or coverage will be available. All policies are subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility, and applicable Texas law.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree that information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Material misstatements may result in declination of coverage, rescission of a policy, or denial of a claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the "Texas Protection Review™" mark, and software — is owned by or licensed to Guerrilla Coverage LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links & Carriers
The website may link to third-party sites (including Allstate). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Coverage, premiums, and underwriting are governed by the issuing carrier.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GUERRILLA COVERAGE LLC, CASILLAS COVERAGE, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
10. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, the application form, or any contact made under your TCPA consent — except for claims relating to the issuance, coverage, or interpretation of an actual insurance policy, which are governed by the policy and Texas insurance law — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Harris County, Texas.
YOU AND CASILLAS COVERAGE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Claims may only be brought on an individual basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 10 above, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
